Repetition is key. But seriously, I like how they keep their diamond studded brass-knuckle necklaces and other jewelry on for the demonstrations. Watching a big burly sweaty dude manhandle another one has always been the weakest part of any martial arts training.

She closes her thighs too closely together when going for the tap out, keeping a triangular shape with your your thighs creates the most stable base.
