I don't think it's a 19c...I don't see the compensator flashes out the top. Maybe it's too bright out...but I think it's a non-compensated, modified glock 19...

I'm not an expert, so someone step in when they get a chance, but a compensated pistol has two little holes at the top of the end of the barrel, so that when it's fired the hot gasses that are driving the bullet go up and out, instead of following the bullet out of the end of the gun. This causes the kick of the gun to be less because the gas being pushed out of the top of the end of the barrel pushes the barrel down a little, opposing the up and back kick from the bullet coming out of the end of the gun. I've never shot one, but I've heard they make it a fair amount easier to aim.
So non-compensated means a normal gun pretty much. Compensated pistols are more rare and, I think, more for sport shooting...I'm not sure though...

no easier to aim, but easier to bring back to the target after the initial shot. after all, before firing, you should have no problems aiming...

i was able to shoot one before and muzzle end did not rise as much as a non-comp handgun.
rare because they have to drill the comp ports into the end of the barrel. or make the holes into the add-on piece.
or in the case of my 50 cal rifle, they have to make the big *** muzzle break for it... (more for recoil that more of a rise...)
kinda fun seeing some comp'ed handgun footage at nite. it looks like blasts coming for the end of the barrel but it's shooting up. lol...
