Oh great i-clubbers... I cry for help!

Well its not spilled milk..

I need to find some reflective orange pinstrip. 1/4 or less. Its one of the last parts I need to finish my car. I tried all the local autobody places in the east bay.

The goal is to pinstripe around the black areas on my bumpers, The carbon vent on the fender and the wheels after they go black.
All the mesh is going black as well.






I just started searching on the internet now. But I know we have some great google crews here. That might know already or can find it asap.

Winner can go for a ride at the next track day I go to.

 

And yes I have windows now in the car!... lol

Ohhh Thanks I will take a look at those..

Can't find anyone with reflective freeway cone orange. And Neds said the paint is not made. So that leaves me to pin stipe or have it taped and painted. Which is a huge mess.

 

I'll drop a line to a couple friends of mine... just happen to be pin stripers...

Might not be able to get that reflective orange but maybe you can get some SUPER bright orange.

 

I have put the info out there. Hopefully I'll hear back soon.

Going to pick up some of this on monday. The 1 inch roll is $20 I can cut the stuff down maybe. But I am going to keep looking for thinner stuff in the mean time.

I don't think I could stomach putting tape on that pretty car. Good luck with it! The reflective look should be cool.

 

I am going for this kind of look. Just in 1/4 inch I think the neon orange will break up the black and blue a bit. If it turns out good. And I will replace the tape with painted pin stripe.

 

Hire a professional pinstriper and do it right
