Have a look at these:

Rover Metro 6R4

Ugly as hell but a subcompact with -- in one version -- 410HP, 0-60 in under 3.5s.

Usually I really look down on stuff like this done to a Mini, but I have to admit that is nicely done and I would like to drive it. I really like details like how they worked in the hood pins... Nice work!

Those look like Yokohama A032-R's. Great tire. My Austin Mini has 12" Falken Azeni's on it that have to be shipped from the UK.

Hey guys, check out ZCars Minis. Plenty of vids on Youtube. I am the North American Dealer for these kits and am in the middle of building up a Vtec kit. Its a sick kit converts the old skool mini into a Mid engined wicked car..

Let me rustle up some pics but check out Zcars on youtube

That is pretty sweet. It looks rather unsuspecting at first (with the exception of the meaty tires) but then it opens up to that engine bay. Very Nice!
