Honestly I was not too impressed. There did not seem to be too many good ones.
But what ones made you L-O-L of some sort....

Most of the doritos commercials were pretty dang good imho, obviously with the kid slapping the guy being hands down the best. Also, just because I'm a Vikings fan, I thought the Brett Favre one was pretty funny.
Working in advertising I can tell you that it is a very common misconception that superbowl ads are supposed to be great. 99% of the best television commercials that are released at any time during the year are NOT during the superbowl. Superbowl ads are just the most expensive ones to buy a slot for.
They are mainly just to be funny or reach a large audience at a very, very expensive cost. And that target audience is fairly small, males age 18-50 with xxx income per year yada yada....yada yada.

caught the last half of the game at my friends place, I seriously didnt even know who was playing until I got there, meh.
One of the commercials that pissed me off the most was the Dodge Charger commercial where they ran down a list of antiquated men are from mars/woman are from venus stereotypes that would have probably made more sense to viewers watching Super Bowl I than XLIV.
I dont know, maybe this is actually the most effective ad for the type of emasculated guy that knows absolutely nothing about cars or driving and thinks that dropping any V8 into a 4100 LB sedan actually turns it into a sports car that will free him from his hellish daily existence with his shrew of a girlfriend/wife. For me though I just felt sorry for any poor sap it actually connected with, sorry bud, a car isnt going to help your miserable life. especially an overweight pig of a muscle car

The one with the kid pimp slapping his mom's boyfriend and the Tim: the Doritos Samurai commercials were great. My favorite one was the VW commercial that brought me back to that "slug bug" arm punching game my friends used to play when I was a little kid. Stevie Wonder's part was HILARIOUS.
