Nunez's hamstring leads to a deal to get a infielder... just for the end of the year since it's too late. No post season for this deal. Sucks as we get rid of Nunez.

 

Man, this is gonna be a FUN & EXCITING wknd of baseball! Only 3 games left in the regular season yet still a lot to be decided and clinched.

Btw, I finally went to an A's game last Sat. Though it was blazing hot out, I had a blast with my lil nephews & niece.

Too bad the boyz in Green & Gold lost. 'Twas their 8th straight home loss, and that had not happened since 01 or 02.

Giants FTMFW! it was nice that the Giants felt that sense of urgency and pulled out some offense WITHOUT trying to rely on HRs... saw some manufactured offense, and even Bummy was stoked about getting a 2 run double...

gotta win minimum 2 of next 3 if we want to stay out of a tie-breaking game for the Wild Card
