If you do Tough Mudder make sure you're extremely hydrated. Make sure the week before you're drinking so much water that you gotta pee every 30 min or so. I was told that by a fellow friend that did it. She said the majority of people that don't finish the race is because they are not hydrated enough. Just an FYI.

I will be 37 this fall and was thinking about doing this for my birthday. Tough Mudder - Probably the Toughest Event on the Planet Hoping to finish ahead of the guys in their 20's
