AFAIK, there has only been two dickbutts put on a car that wasn't owned by the person applying the decal. One of them being the very first one that sparked this whole thing.

Apparently, because the first one was done as a prank, we can make a blanket assumption that all subsequent instances are pranks of the same manner.

So a sticker getting a bat does not add up. And "vandalism" is not countered with assault.

You have no grasp of the situation. You stuck your nose where it didn't need to be. Gathered some information you liked, disregarded the big picture, and went on a spree.

 

Oddly this state has some very liberal laws when it comes to self defense. We have no duty to retreat here, and it is up to the DA to prove you were NOT in fear of your life, unlike other states that require you prove you WERE in fear. Its a real odd Hodge podge of laws that have never really been revamped from the late 1800's early 1900's.

Meh, your going to think what you like. There were very direct threats of vandalism against my car (and why I didn't go to BAM), by 2 people.

My point all along has been, this **** can get out of hand, and did, and only ended in a good way because someone caught the problem first. IF none of this **** was allowed, no stickers, no joking around with other cars/signs, other than your own, then there is no chance for **** go south in a hurry.

and that, folks has been my point all along. Not the dick butt, not jokes, but touching someone else's property without consent. You want to tell your buddies "sure you can do it if you want" great! but...to target someone not willing to participate (as 2 people here said they would) is unacceptable in any form.
