You may have missed my message to you in the thread last week. We've still got open spots with my crew (lunch svc) and for clean-up. These two tasks shouldn't interfere with your duties as Sac caravan leader. Maybe you can score whatever Ray has up his sleeve.

added more info on wristbands for Check-in,
added report-in time & shift duration for Security
We're still looking to round out several areas. We should have report-in times for all crews, esp. the Cooks & Lunch Service teams, in the next couple days. For most of the positions, luckily, you should still be able to roll in with your local caravan.
And speaking of said caravans, please note your report-in times. Be sure your caravan will arrive at the park with plenty of time to spare accounting for the likelihood that it will take some time to get thru the line to pay the vehicle parking fee at the park's entrance kiosk.

I know the grill crew will be rotating in & out every hour. My guess is their first rotation will start by 11:00. That means the 2nd rotation will start by 12 noon. I'll get the info updated after I find out from Walker exactly what he has in mind.
The lunch service crew will likely report in around 11:30 give or take 15 minutes.
We'll have this dialed in within the next day or so.
Lastly, please email Ray RIGHT NOW at One2OneDesigns@gmail.com re: a special hookup for volunteers. His instructions were:

If you're talking about the one leaving from the Foster City Costco, you should be good as far as reporting in on time. Info there says it shoves off before 10:00. Barring traffic, it only takes a half hour to get to Quarry Lakes. You should have enough time to spare to get parked & whatnot.
I know the grill crew will be rotating in & out every hour. My guess is their first rotation will start by 11:00. That means the 2nd rotation will start by 12 noon. I'll get the info updated after I find out from Walker exactly what he has in mind.
