LOL! yea..right this is the real world not fantasy land. The LEO out there are too busy shooting dogs, raping kids, and murdering unarmed people to come take a report by some **** who was littering and got caught and pushed away.
My point here is, yes park where told, NO someone does not have the right to slap a sticker on someone else's car because they didn't "park right". Have the tow truck called, or find them and ask them to move, but vandalism is NOT ok.

Cones and Special caution tape should be placed around overboard's car to prevent him from going postal over peeps getting to close and touching it.

I can tell you now, someone put even a sticker as a joke on my car, and I found out who they were...baseball bats would be used. Touching someone else's car is not a joke, its not cool, and its not acceptable in any way.
On top of that, the dumb **** internet "coolness" crap needs to end. Its ****ing childish and is going to end in someones car damaged and/or someone hurt/dead. So act your age not your shoe size.
