For the people with whom I have mentioned above, please be sure to be there 10am SHARP.
I don't want any of you to get stuck in the large lines from the caravans. I need you all to be inside and ready to set up. If you are coming late, you will have to carry your stuff in. For those of you who are taking part in the Car Show/Vendors, feel free to park with your booth/section. But all others will need to stay in the Swap Meet area.
Listed below are those allowed to bring their cars into the actual Event
due to the large amount/size of the stuff. All others will have to carry their parts in if you have small/less items. Please let me know if you plan on bringing a lot of stuff or large items and I'll allow you to bring your car into the Event (ONLY for those showing up at 10am).

You are more than welcome to join the caravans and come anytime you please, it's just once we set up all the cars, we can't allow any more cars to come in.
