On the rolling shots try a slower shutter speed to get more wheel blur.

Good job on the fill flash

black car + white rims = impossible to shoot in one shot. you have to shoot one shot for the rims and one shot for the car. not really worth doing though at a meet. So you went for the car which is what I would have done.
