Official: BAM Car show
Alright folks.
This is the thread for submitting your car for the show. I'm not doing the 3 votes from someone else thing... you want in the show put your car in here. Photos and build info. If you don't have it together don't post until you do.
We'll narrow it down from here.
We're probably going to have a few less winners but the the same amount of cars... I don't like people having to choose from 2 cars for an award. That's lame. So we'll probably narrow it down to like 16 cars for 4 awards. Or something. I don't know.
I'll update this thread with the selections and the information. Right now this is just to get the ball rolling.
ALSO: I NEED SOMEONE TO RUN THIS ISHT WITH ME and I may need a vendor to sponsor it if we're gonna do any kind of trophy's.
Deadline for submittions. August 7. Voting will take place for 1 week following submissions for final finalists.

We'll get submissions up and people can start voting. Whoever steps in along with me and the community votes will decide the top.
I plan on having an award that is decided out of every car that is NOT in the show so if someone misses out they might still win.
Basically you post up your car here with photos and a build sheet. People post their top 3 favorites. I'll compile the numbers and talk to whoever steps up to organize the show and we'll take the top 3 and then add 1 that we choose.
Categories I'd like to keep simple.
Top female car
Top wagon
Top hatch
Top sedan
Top non impreza
Overall winner.
Best parking lot pick
Vendor's choice
That's pretty much it. None of this functional/flush etc.
The vendors choice can come from the show cars or the lot cars. THe lot pick will be my pick with a small group of people that I'll have walk the lot with me. Will not be part of the show.
Overall will be the members choice... the one that gets voted on. We'll probably use tickets dropped in a box.
The rest will be chosen by a panel of judges made up by me, the organizer and whoever the organizer picks. I'd like it to be 5 people so it's not a biased popularity vote.

Exceptions being the vendor pick and my pick. Those two will come from every car that's at the event. So if you don't make the show, miss this thread or whatever... you could still win an award from me or the vendors.

Everyone is gonna be parked outside. The set up at hammy is a lot different than alameda... more like how it was up in novato. Big parking lot.
