I did. However, it is not very clear. It does not indicate anywhere whether filling out the form is a one shot deal or I can update my information/profile in parts before the deadline. I rather clarify ahead of time than try to fix it later.

I don't have an issue if everything has to be uploaded at once, but it was not explicitly stated. I was merely seeking clarification.

I asked because not all parts are on the vehicle yet and I don't have pictures of even a current set up. However, I prefer not to postpose things I can do right now instead of waiting to have everything at once. Therefore, I at least wanted to submit the narrative portion.
