I am a cutler fan but he's just not gonna be consistent. And neither is Vick.
Vick is usually good for 7 games a year. So you need someone else that's good for the rest. Cutler is good for maybe 4-5 games. What about Dalton, Manning, Flacco or Palmer? They're all pretty decent.
Of course, I never draft Vick. I had him on my team once years ago and I think I finished last.
But yeah for this week... you probably did. But we'll see considering how Vick played last week.

I'm pretty sure you should have a different back up. LOL.

Yeah Alex won't get you those huge weeks that Cutler will but he generally won't get you 10-15 point weeks either. He's pretty consistent and I think he'll have a pretty good year. You can count on mid to high 20's every week from him. Not great but... at least you know where you stand. Kinda like having Eli Manning but a few less points a week.
I scored with one of my auto drafts just because of position. It's not who I would have taken at that slot but he should be good...
Team 1:
Drew Brees
Peyton Manning
and I picked up Fitzpatrick in case Manning goes down.
Team 2:
Peyton Manning drafted in the 7th round... my first QB slot. STUPID.
Palmer
Fitzpatrick
Team 2 was an insane draft. They drafted A.J. Green in the 3rd round when Andre Johnson, Wes Welker, Mike Wallace, Steve Smith, Harvin, etc were all still on the board. One of the most retarded picks I've EVER seen. I don't know who the hell has him ranked that high. OVER Johnson AND Welker? WTF? I've had Welker on my team every year. At the 3 slot I would have taken Johnson (I have him on my other team).
Drafted TE in the second round... also odd. I could have done WAY better in the 1-6 rounds. Think that I jumped in about 10 seconds after it drafted Manning in the 7th and nearly had a stroke when I looked at my team. I could have had Ray Rice AND Adrian Peterson. Grrr.
But I think I salvaged half way decent teams. The key draft choices are those middle round guys anyways. How solid can you make your team top to bottom... not just those first couple guys. Those are usually a toss up until someone gets hurt.

my non-BAIC league is playing with a modified ruleset that favors completions/receptions more than most leagues. I picked up Brady (Rogers and Brees were gone) and Welker and I wish I had Gronk too. As much as I hate having so many eggs in one basket because it makes bye weeks a pain, it's pretty hard to top combo.

White
Nobody knew about white until this year. I've had him every year and he's been a HUGE sleeper for me. We have one guy in our league that's a friggin RB hog though. Makes it tough to not go RB early and often.

Thankfully I was able to pull out the win despite the 1 from James Jones and a serious weak output from Jamaal Charles. He's close to being benched for sucking.

in my other league, every single player save for the kicker (even my bench) sucked it up this week. The other guy? He has dwayne bowe, reggie bush, and vincent jackson... Projection was he would win by two, 110-108, its like 140 to 90.
