I'm a dual citizen so best case scenario for me is that England and USA both win on wednesday so we both go through.

I was baffled by the England game... To be 100% honest, they played really badly... I expected a lot more from the boys in white... I mean, Algeria? Really?

 

I think I have been following English football for too long to be honest as I expected the game to go just as it did.

I actually have a theory regarding the English team, I think all the players playing for the national team are complete crap. The reason they look good for their domestic clubs is because all of the top flight clubs in England now have some fantastic talent on display of course all foreigners which end up making the chumps on display in the 3 lions shirts look good.

Case in point Heskey, I mean really Heskey? it's obvious he's toilet for Aston Ville, I remember in his prime when he played for Leicester as I was playing with one of his team mates cousin (Steve Guppy) and everyone made fun of him then (called him Bruno in those days) so if he was complete bollocks in his prime it's not likely he's going to be any better with age and not even making the starting line up for his club.

LOL, you never know. This sport is too unpredictable. This world cup is a perfect example.

 

Trust me, nobody from england that has been watching the world cup since 1970 have any illusions about how the world cup would pan out. Expectations can't get any lower. What amuses me is how much celebrating has gone on in this country because they scraped a draw on a bad goalkeeping error LOL. I guess luck goes both ways judging by how your third goal was disallowed.

Oh, yeah, just an FYI, Brits (or Britts as you like to call them) are not all english..some of them are scottish, welsh and irish.

I'm an american citizen just like you, and I'm as happy as you that USA got through to the finals, the difference between me and you is my country of birth produces a team that at least gets to the world cup finals. When did the Phillipines ever make it to the world cup??? Oh yeah, NEVER.

We'll see what happens wednesday, maybe England will get through, maybe USA will get through, maybe both
