I disagree. I can work on my own car any time. Doing that while there should be customer pay work is not a win.

We agreed to the customer's request that if there are no issues open, we don't bill and thus don't need to be here. It is an open ended contract and we are here on a regular basis, though now that most of the issues are under control for now, it is becoming an as-needed basis.
