I've looked on Google and can't find this info anywhere lol. Is it 2.25 or 2.5?

Lol ahh. It's either that or 2.25 heh wish I knew for sure cause I'm trying to order my E-cutout and I need the exact Dia. For fitment. I don't know if I could get away with it fitting right if I went with one that was 2.5 when in fact its 2.25? Lol

So I went out and looked around on the side of the house. Didnt see it laying around out there....

I was able to search and come up with

This says the piping is 2.25 on the rear exhaust.

Thats about all I could find off the top of my head. I even looked in a few books I had. Found the oem up pipe size 1.67, But no down pipe.

I'm pretty sure the 05 WRX had a 2.5in downpipe and midpipe with a 2.25in axleback. Might be wrong though. I'm installing my stock turboback tonight, so I can check for sure.

Agreed, OldGuy has been a good addition to i-club. Very cool car too.

 

Measured it earlier tonight and it was in fact 2.25in where the downpipe meets the midpipe. Hope this helps!
