We've already got about 5 inches of rain here on the Saratoga side of the Santa Cruz mountains with more to come. I recently got some Yokohama S-Drive 245-40-17 tires, definetely recomend them for predictability, makes this wheather fun.

I mobbed Code 3 through a 2' deep puddle of water at about 50mph and had atleast a 12' wall of water the length of the bus flying through the air something fierce! It was sick, with all the lights reflecting in the water in the air!!
