It's been a long time since I posted on here, but my bug-eye is in for its scheduled service with Kevin at AutoHQ and it made me all nostalgic for this place. Had to reset my password though because I forgot it!

I'm really glad to see the meet ups throughout the Bay still going strong. When the weather turns warmer and I can actually manage to stay awake past 9 pm, it'd be nice to see some of the old timers if ya'll still go to hang out at the new spots like Cafe Zen, etc. (The good ol' days at UCKK...)

I know! It's really good to know you guys are still around though; it feels like there's a place to come back to where it's not too unfamiliar.

Looking back on it, I think I drifted away from posting sometime after UCKK started attracting the attention of the po-po's. Then my work load picked up, can't forget what puts the gas in the tank, and then I took off traveling for a few years.

(And Off-Topic, what fond memories as well. I understand why the posts in that forum don't count anymore, but boy, was it fun!)

Yea, I still have good memories of the first RIM event. The year with the torrential rains. I remember you, myself and Marc (Owlboogie) tried to walk up to one of the stages but the road was so muddy, then some Suburban picked us up and gave us a ride to the top only to find out that stage was cancelled due to the rain. Good times!

That RIM lives fondly in my memories as one of the best ones despite (or maybe because of), the rains! I still laugh about the Suburban/stage close and losing my cell phone in a mud puddle only for it to be picked up and returned (in working condition!), by a Socal I-Club member.

Definitely good times!
