i came from Boreal on the 80 going west and we were going like 20mph in 4wd. sucked.

but the snow was soooo nice... the blizzard like whiteout conditions didn't bother me at all with snow like that.

Yeah. My friends took forever coming back last sunday. Hopefully with it being friday there won't be dumb drivers over the pass stopping traffic.

I'd go monday but that's my last final!!!

I was at northstar last sunday and I'd have to agree, fresh POW all day and since a lot of people left early, a lot of untouched POW in the middle of runs

My dad is going to drive his 4WD Tundra with snow tires... makes for an all around better trip to the mountains.

Who are you going with?

Probably going with my gf and her brother. Maybe some other friends if we can borrow her dad's Suburban.

When are you planning on leaving up north? We're prolly gonna head out around 5am and bounce around 6pm before the major part of this storm passes...

We're probably leaving Vacaville around 6 and we'll probably be doing the same thing. Most likely leaving before 6pm.

I'll PM you my number, and maybe we can hit up some runs together.

cool for sure, i'm checking the weather reports. they're banking on white-out conditions tomorrow which i'm not fan of driving through.

you guys think it's going to be intense? they're saying around 10-20 inches saturday alone...
