Newbie here just bought an '07 Satin Pearl so if you see me around give a shout out.. Living in Santa Rosa, always on for a meet or something gotta show of the new wheels you know) or just to hang out for a few pints.. Just in case you can't tell I am Irish so always on for a few beverages..

Car has just 136miles as of today... Need to break it in NOW!!!!!!!!!!

I do digital so I can burn you a CD on the spot. I need a reason to use my camera; hit me up soon. As far as breaking her in goes I'll be happy to drive it around while you are at work to help put some miles on it; I'll pay for gas... haha

Yeah we should hook up and get some pics would be cool having a 06 and 07 together.. Would look sweet.. Heading back to Ireland for the Holidays but I am sure we could meet up either before or after I come back

 

Don't say that! I will honestly take your car and put miles on it. If you give me a week you'll have well over 1K on it and ready to use. I promise I won't even break anything major on it either! I'll drive with you the airport and pick you up when you come back but expect it to be a different car when you get it back. I drive a wrx and my buddy the sti; I hate not being able to keep up with him... so don't give me the tool to do it or it shall be used to it's fullest! If you leave too soon we can meet up after but if you got a week or two hit me up and we'll find a over played parking lot and do some test shots. What part of rosa do you live in? I'm out on the east end in rincon valley.

I am out of College Ave.. Yeah was driving it today for a bit up to 190miles now but its so hard...

Brought some of the guys from work out on a test drive and they are all saying is that it this is slow... I keep telling them the turbo hasn't even kicked in by the time I shift ( But they just don't believe me... Oh once she's ready I will blow their minds (Evil smirk)

Heading off to the city this weekend but could be around this Sunday, whats people at? Don't know what the weather will be like but hey could be up for something..

 

Just rememeber that some people are always going to believe there 175hp vtec honda is faster because it says vtec; most don't know what it means. You are doing the right thing though; let them believe it's slow then when she is ready you go out one night and when you are getting on the freeway you leave them behind! I work across the street from the JC on mendo and I go to aromas often so I'm always around college and down town. I think I'm down for this sunday again. I don't have plans.

One of my mates is big into his cars, he's from Ireland too and over here aswell and he knows what this car is capable of and he is waiting too for the break in to be over ) He has an M3 back in Ireland but says the Sti rocks..

 

Sooooo, sorry I was just told as of 30 sec ago we "need" to meet up irish cause this other member on here has an "05" white wrx and wants in on our photos; 2 white wrx and 2 white sti... lets get her done

 

In an STi, though the 2.5 liter gives it enough lowend grunt to be menacing, life really begins at about 4500rpm. And ill give a +1 to LIC
