Beer meet happening tonight?

 

I think most of them went on a drive. Anyways we do need to get another beer meet going so I'm going to schedule one way out so no one has an excuse for not having warning and/or being able to make it.
I want to check a few of my own commitments, but I'm thinking tentatively for Sunday January 28 at say... 4pm. Furthermore I am declaring this will take place at Bear Republic Brewery in Healdsburg (http://www.bearrepublic.com/). I'll buy the first pitcher and an order of wings or something. (note: for anyone underage, they have a damn good rootbeer and extremely good food).

Its a nice drive out to there, and for all the kids that enjoy curvy roads, there are plenty to be found in the area. Maybe someone else wants to organize a drive beforehand. Anyways, plenty of warning for this event has been given.. I am now open to input/ideas/changes.

That sounds like it could work out! Of course, I'd be more than willing to go on a drive before hand. We left Santa Rosa around 11:30 or so, and got back around 4:00 so the timing would be perfect.

For this drive, maybe meet up at the same place (Marketplace Starbucks near Costco/Best Buy in SR) and take a drive up towards Calistoga, stop by the Petrified Forest (pic time!), then take Hwy 128 towards Lytton, and back down to Healdsburg.

Lets organise this thing and try and get as many people as possible... I think we should set up a seperate thread for this meet then more people will see it and more could come..

I really enjoyed the one on Sun and think the next one could be great especially if we get a big gang of us.. Whats the day like, does it suit most people - Shout up and say if it suits or not and then we can start a new thread later tonight and get a posse together..
