norcal people will not like this one lol
they are retarded. people come from different places, different environments, therefore use different words. I dont see the big deal about it, especially to a point where they post a poll online saying how it's stupid. Honestly, i could care less what words people use, unless it's offensive like cuss words being in every sentences. I too cuss, but on rare occasions when i'm extremely mad or something, so dont get me wrong. But to post a poll like this is just stupid.

One of the biggest bands to come out of LA in recent history is No Doubt. One of No Doubts most recent hits was a song titled "Hella Good." So it seems as though LA is looking to us for their vernacular these days.

we dont use "hella" or "hecka" ne more up here omg...i think that was about 5 years ago or more....occassionally I hear those words pop up but its more hella then hecka....like AzN121184 said, ppl come from different places and have different sayings...dont get me into all the phrases that socal ppl say too...its all about how ppl talk..its unique geesh...why post a poll and ask whether or not norcal sucks....

I've been saying hella for longer than I can remember and people always talk sh*t, especially in college where people are from all over the damn place, especially "wicked" east coast places.
