No, its not a "22B" because it wasn't built as one by Subaru. Yes, it has all the bits to make it look the part.

I'm not counting the labor in this and I deducted 15% value over the entire equipment put in that because I have about 1000 mile on it even though everything is still like new... a real bargain!
That seems pricey (to me) for a Rolling Chassis @ $20K. Plus why not sell the engine and ECU with the car?
is the engine even a 2.2L?
