He has most certainly changed since the last time I had talked to him.
ah well, no reason to drag this crap on forever, just let him start a NASIOC only meet, and dont attend. It won't be large, and BAIC will primarily be I-clubbers, NASIOC's bay area section won't grow. People want to be around OTHER people, not a section of board that has only 5-10 persons.

You can't get a restraining order. We go to meets without the permission of the land owners, and if it wasn't for us patronizing the local eateries, we'd be simply loittering. You can't restrain loitterers, let alone patrons.
We aren't even offcial clubs. We are internet forums. We don't pay dues, have a committee, vote on crap, have a treasury, and most importantly, we don't have insurnace of any kind. So not being the legal identity we would need to be, we have nothing to worry about, in terms of legal action taken against us.
