so i know XBOX came out with their 360 and i have seen how awesome the graphics are by playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon...and we have all heard about how the PS3 is coming out in november which i am going to be all over, have you seen the screenshots for Gran Turismo HD??

but what does everyone think of the Nintendo Wii, which is supposed to compete with the 360 and ps3...looks pretty inventive too...still think PS3 is what i am going to get but this system doesnt look too bad either...here is the website :

I like nintendo. I have the original 8 bit and the gamecube, I never got into PS or Xbox. Honestly though, with how popular MS and Sony is, Im surprised that they are still making systems. GO Nintendo!

the Wii is soooo going to flop....Nintendo needs to stop making new consoles...the N64 was okay...the gamecube was stupid...they need to stick to what they do best, re-invent their gameboys lol

Nintendo needs to stop redesigning their controllers. The Wii will have someting that looks like a tv remote with a wire attaching a joystick to it. I give them Kudos for making it so you'd hold the remote like a steering wheel to drive, but seriously it looks really retarded.

I think Nintendo is going to be the next neo geo. Great in the beginning, but just couldn't keep up.

 

I'm getting a Wii (wish Nintendo had never changed the name from Revolution). I can't afford a PS3 until a few years from now (when the price drops)

 

IIRC, on G4 they said they called it "wii" to mean something stupid like 'We (wii) can play together' and make it a community or something.

 

Personally, I think the ps3 looks pretty meh. More of the same, just with more processing power. I barely touch my ps2 as it is.

The wii looks much more fun IMO.

 

yeah. to me, the ps3 is aimed at more of an adult audience. And all nintendo things are more childish... but fun still. Hmmmm. they should make a super smash bros 3

yea.. the wii is cool!!, I just got back from E3 and i really think that Nintendo is tring to hard to focus to much on their Controller and not the games...The controller only made it harder to play games like Zelda, or Madden.. Dont get me wrong, it was cool at first and it is a cool Idea but most of the games didnt look that great except (Zelda, and Mario)... they said the final price is going to be 199$. Its not that bad but expect to pay for all of the extra wireless controllers... Oh and super smash bros 3 is already being made!!!!
