psoper that ride looks sick. I can't believe Vince was out there with his ride. Big thumps up to the guy.
looks as though the weekend of the 11-12 is going to workout afterall. As long as the lady doesn't mind. We haven't spent many nights apart (2) in almost 11 years. But thumbs up for now.

I would but i don't think she can handle REAL speed. I drive fast with her in the car all the time. but then i say to her "if you think that's fast, you wouldn't like to see me when i by myself." She then tence to get alittle pissed. because she's afraid i'm going to wreck the car like i did the last one.

I want to stay in conformance with CVC 23109. __(a) blah, blah, blah...................For purposes of this section, an event in which the time to cover a prescribed route of more than 20 miles is measured, but where the vehicle does not exceed the speed limits, is not a speed contest.
So with any luck it should be enjoyable by those with significant others.

need for co-driver?
I'll even go so far out on a limb to suggest that this will be do-able without a navigator, there will only be one speed assigned on the timed sections, and almost no chances to make a wrong turn.
We can always use people to come along for the drive and just take pictures too.
But if you can get someone to come along, it's nice to have someone to talk to when you're on the road for what will probably wind up being 8+ hours each day.
I'm heading out to check roads, I'll put up some pictures tonight.
