Sure...he can send you the money via paypal. Make sure to charge him 3% extra, because thats what paypal will take as their cut. As soon as you receive the money, pull it out of the Paypal account into your bank account (or a check) so he can't later dispute the transaction falsely.

You can not charge his credit card like a merchant would do.
If he has a paypal account set up, he can send you money (to your account) and it can be taken from his credit card.
Maybe do a money order?

so he can send me money from his card? Will it run it as a card or cash advance?
He is paying me i am not charging him i am really just wondering if he can use his credit card?
We are trying to avoid him taking a cash advance and paying higher intrest on it as CC companies do when you cash advance..?

Paypal does charge a fee though, and it is taken out of the money he send you. (so you ene up receiving less than he sent) Charge him this amount also. You can figure it out at https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/we...y-fees-outside
Personal accounts can only receive a certain amount of money, so you would probably need a Premier account.
