What are your plans? Where are you going?



My birthday is the day before New Years, usually rent a place in Tahoe for the day before and then through the holiday. Last year I went to LA and blew my car up in the flooding, so I think I am going to stick with the Tahoe tradition.

My kids usually come for a visit over new years so that keeps the wildness down several levels at my house. Probably a bottle of port and a marathon game of Axis and Allies.

 

Going to NYC this year. It's gonna be insane lol. I might slide over to AC (Atlantic city) after.

Woohoo that makes 2 of us! Mine is on New Years Eve also! I never have to plan a party cause everyone else throws them...party hopping FTW!

 

I'm not sure. I could go out of town but I might go out with some family and hang out at my wife's bar.

Doesn't it suck that people try to combine it with christmas? Their birthdays and christmas count as two seperate days, but everyone gets stingy since its right next to christmas.

Yeah it used to when I was younger...I don't ask for much of anything anymore so it's not as big of a deal. Actually, I used to get bigger presents when they combined with Christmas, which was cool.
