The little hoop isn't meant to be a rollbar - its for the harness. They have been getting sued a lot lately so the karts have more safety features and are not quite as zippy as they used to. But remember, a race is a race. We're all in the same piece of crap .

 

^ exactly! thats why i love Malibu GP in redwood city, the carts are slow, but it doesnt matter, its all about time and an even playing field.

also the malibuGP track is sick cuz its outside and has curbing and racing rubber line on the ground.
