That's neat looking, but such a horrible idea. So if your glass intake tube breaks, you get all sorts of fun bits in the combustion chamber. An especially bad idea for radiator hoses, since they are supposed to flex when the engine rocks. Boggles the mind.

Totally agree. I'm all about good looks, but when it puts functionality on the line, I just don't get it. Glass seems WAY to brittle.
