i thought owning your own hookah was illegal, unless its 18 years or older?! You gotta wait til your small hookah is older for you to even think about moving on

Kyle... WTF? I think you got it backwards...

But if I buy a new one I would most likely sell the one I have now...

I have no idea what Kyle said, but from looking at that new hookah, I wouldn't recommend it. The stem or w/e you would like to call it is too long for the head/bowl. Get the same exact one with the shorter stem. My friend has that and it's great, but I heard that the material that is used in these steel hookahs, gets rust and **** gets stuck to the inside of the metal that is really bad, so stick to brass (Golden ones).

Plus, people actually buy used hookahs? That **** is nasty.

It's made of aluminum and they say that it won't rust... I want to get one that has a bigger body to get better hits...

And the one I have now is super clean... It's not nasty or anything... it's just small...

That is a rip off. If you can find someone who is in the middle east, they can get a larger, multi-hosed hooka shipped for about the same price.

Middle Eastern hookahs are the best. Some of them are hand blown and really ornate. I'm not a fan of the industrial made ones.

I finally have an apt. with a nice balcony to sit at on nice summer nights. What is the typical price for one of these? I don't need anything fancy, just something to get the job done...

If you really want to get a hookah that is reliable, easy to set-up and will hit like a champ - I recommend a MYA or Ka. That espresso is a stargate, I actually own a 16" stargate that hits pretty well but can be a little hard to set-up correctly for a noobie. Some people have also complained about their stargates stripping threads and leaking air.
Search around hookahforum.com and see whats best for you. And if you haven't heard a Tangiers shisha before, I really recommend it if you like gettin a buzz. I just recently started smoking tangiers and it tastes amazing and hits you like a ton of bricks.
