New here
Hey guys,
I just relocated to the east bay from the Midwest for work. I drive a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT track car and 2013 legacy daily. I tuned my car on 93 so I'll have to run some logs and see how it goes on ca 91. I have over 6 years experience tuning Subarus and have had the GT since 2004.
I see there's a big meet coming up soon locally so I'm hoping I can make it to that. Anyway, looking forward to meeting you guys. Oh I applied to some Facebook groups but not sure if some of you are on those.

Welcome aboard.
I'll warn you, the 93 Oct maps won't fly out here. Our gas sucks
The biggest Subaru meet of the year is in a couple of weeks

It's not what I would advise for a long term solution but for the sake of being able to drive your car until you can get a new tune you can do an E85 mix.
If you run 10 gallons of 91 to 2 gallons of E85 you'll end up a shade over 93octane but I'd recommend testing it.
If you're coming out the meet I'd recommend talking to the tuners. Mike from GST will be there. Just look for the big *** truck and the ridiculous race car. He's in Hayward so that's your closest tuner and you really can't go wrong with him. He's honestly one of the best in the world.
Travis from Snail will be there as well. EQ Tuning will be there but Ed will not.
So I'd start with talking to Mike and Travis.
You may also be interested in talking to Jarrett from Works. They're on-site at Sonoma Raceway and do corner balancing, alignments and chassis tuning.
I highly recommend coming. It's a great event and it'll instantly get you connections in the local community. And I want to see that LGT. We do have a legacy section in the car show too....

You telling me you don't fill up 5 gallon cans of 85 every time you pass through farmington? Hell... I often do and that's a few hours with gas in my hatch. LOL!

Isn't he working on that project with them? Honestly... if I lived anywhere near an 85 station I'd kill for a flex set up or just go all 85. But the closest one is in san jose.
