Thanks everyone for the welcoming and the advice! I bought the car used with 12k miles. It has new wheels and tires on it right now(18's), but I forget what brand they were (Not a big name). What tires do you guys personally recommend? Also, my dad lives up in Novato and I stopped by LIC motorsports and they seemed like really good guys. I plan on giving them some business. I will try to make it out this weekend, but no promises. And Richmond > Sunset.

Welcome! The Sunset and the Richmond are both great spots. I may be able to help out here. For me, it comes down to snacks and night spots - and the Richmond has Bill's Place and Trad'r Sams.. Haa.. Grab a burger, down a scorpion bowl and spend the rest of the night trying not to lose the plot.

If you have any suggestions let me know. Also, I am down for meets so I will keep looking for posts in this forum. I unfortunately can't make it out this sunday because I have tickets to the niners game. I know they are horrible this year, but I am a die hard fan.
Congrats on the car purchase! this community will be the best you'll experience. It's the only one with the least amount of negative people. We're located on Ocean Ave and i'm actually in Sunset. If you need advise, questions, spare parts (my garage is almost like a small suby junkyard) just let me know! Hope you have fun with the car! drive safe!
