My g/f recently totaled her car on 17. She luckly escaped with some small cuts and bruises, her car was toast.

We went to check out new cars this weekend and headed to AC Auctions to see what they had. After sifting through mostly Salvaged and wrecked Jettas. We found a few cars we liked and talked to a sales guy. The a4 was for sale for 11k and if it had no buyers that day it would auction today. We got it for 8k in the auction. Very nice car, smooth power, leather, sunroof, premium sound. Needs some suspension tweaking. Think it rides pretty soft, and the turbo is tiny.

 

$8K is a great deal....congrats..

What kind of car did it replace?

 

If I recall she had a Kia. Hell of an upgrade. Get that suspension out, replace the turbo, get some ecu tuning and couple other odds and ends and you've got a great FF car. Good luck man.

Its a 99 1.8T. lotsa mod potenial<sp> And I think the bug bit her. She alrdy wants new exhaust and to lower it.

where on 17 did she crash? and in a Kia? jesus dood, that would be scary. =x

 

Yeah it was scary. Soon as I get a new firewire cable, I put pics up of her old car.

Edit: and now the best part about owning an Audi, looking for a good Audi garage. Car isn't under warrenty so prefferably a Mom&Pop type place. If anyone knows of one, let me know. TY
