Netflix or Blockbuster?

hey guys,

any experience with these? Blockbuster has an extra 2 free rentals per month for the same price as netflix. Any reason to do netflix instead? Turnaround time? Selection?
Thanks a lot guys.

Netflix has a better selection of non-mainstream movies. Blockbuster makes it easier to get new releases quickly. Both have about the same turnaround time here in the Bay Area.

i have used both (netflix first and blockbuster currently)

I much prefered netflix, the turn around time for me was a lot faster

netflix turn around was 2 days, while blockbuster has been on average 4 days

I am going to be switching back to netflix here soon

+1 for netflix.

$9.99 a month for 1 DVD out at a time, unlimited per month.

i like blockbuster. turnaround is 3 days. Just mail out the dvds at your nearest post office.

They have 2 free rentals instore per month and sometimes free used dvds. Good deal if the new releases are out.
