Need some new windshield wipers!

Being unprepared for for the first time it rained since I have been here, I came to the conclusion I could use some new wipers for the front windshield and my back window (wagon).

Does anyone have any recommendations as far as wiper blades for both front and rear?

Also would this be an item to order or can it be found locally in the Fairfield or Vacaville area?

Thanks in advance!

I've gotten good mutli-year use out of Silblades and PIAAs. Silblades especially, I've never actually figured out how long they last. Always ended up selling the car before I had to replace the wipers again.

Bosch is great but doesnt last a more than one rainy season.

I use these. Great blade for the money.

Hopefully they'll make it through the winter.

Rain X wipers are by far the best I've ever tried... Kick the crap out of the bosch ones I've had in the past. The wipers are coated with rain-x so its like having wipers that are on crack!

Not too expensive either, best wipers Ive ever tried.

I think it's always b1g1f. I bought some a few years back, and it was b1g1f then as well.

wow thanks for all the options now. I'll be hard pressed to pick one...

Looks like the Rain-X can be picked up at Autozone or Walmart. So I am going to try those out as I don't want to wait for shipping, and who knows when its going to pour again. If those don't work out I'll order some valeo's from tirerack.com at least I'll have some fresh wipers to tide me over until the others get shipped. Thanks again guys for all the input.

Looks like the Rain-X wipers are a good deal. I should pick up a couple of these, especially since I discovered my passenger side wiper is coming apart in the middle of this weekend's downpour.

I liked the PIAA Super Silicone's better than the Rain-x ones. I have a pair that I put on like 3-4 years ago and they are still going strong.

i had the PIAAs for 4 years too

they are great

any wiper blade will last over two years

you just have to clean them with alch. and wiper them
as long as the rubber isnt bent to hell or falling off

but the PIAAs are $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$4
