Use this website. The translation is not 100% but it will get you the main portion of the text on the page. Just use the translate a web page section, paste in the URL and select the translation and tada translated... well somewhat translated.

Nah, Babelfish won't help you much when it comes to Japanese. I had students in Japan who handed in assignments off the machine translations. Pretty funny stuff -- couldn't understand them worth a damn.

So, uh, what do you need to know? It's a page full of "specials" and other shady looking deals on ricey parts...

I can't translate the whole thing for you, but let me know what you're interested in and maybe I can help out...

Um, OK, it says they're the largest "pro shop" in Japan ... located in Chiba (note that their address is misspelled in English on this page)...

If you need help sending money, I have a Japanese bank account and can help you out -- just PayPal me in USD and I send the money using the current exchange rate. You pay the transfer fee (250 yen or so), that's it. (my reason for offering is that I have Japanese yen that I need to change into USD, and find the 2-5% bank charge rather annoying)

There's a lot of these sort of companys in Japan. I wouldn't deal with them unless you're fluent in Japanese, and are in Japan to deal with them in person if need be. If you read Option Magazine, these places always have ads/catalogues in the center of the magazine.
If you really want to order from Japan, it's better to deal with larger, more well-established/known businesses like www.japanparts.com or www.takakaira.co.jp, or to order from chains like Super Autobacs.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that shipping can be a real biatch.
If you ever need any translation help, I'll try my best to help you again ^^
