Need immobilizer help

so now my car is done and swapped, the only thing left to do is.. well, start the car. but here lies the problem. as many of you know (and if not) the 06 wrx is equiped with an immobilizer that prevents the car from starting unless the key (which is chipped) is programmed to the ecu/ignition or whatever.

my problem is that when i bought the parts car, it did not come with a key. i had a key cut by a locksmith from the ignition, and it works... to crank the engine and make all the lights turn on etc.

I got the pink slip for the car and some papers saying that the car was towed by a towing company. However, the dealer will not give me the code for the key because the title is not in my name. I need this code in order to program the key. I talked to the service manager and he said that they can't do anything for me.

my question is this, is there anyone that can help me get this code?

I'm all of a sudden thinking of laser cut transponder keys being obtained directly from Germany by the dealership...

Locksmith should be able to help you out. Just gotta program a transponder key for it. Service department should have right sequence flash for card.

it's not the ignition. It's the ecu. The ecu won't start working until it starts receiving the signal from the chip in the key.
