Need help, what do you think?

Buddy has a 03 wagon (4EATS). He says that under hard braking it "shimmies and shakes" from the brake pedal and some from the steering wheel. He does feel it at low speeds, but not as much as when he's braking from higher speed or steep hills.

I think his front rotors are warped, but am not sure! What do you guys think? Any experience with these symptoms?

Thanks

Doesn't sound like brakes to me. If brakes rotors were warped it would be more of a pulsing sensation, kind of like the ABS was engaged. Check his tires and have his wheels balanced and also check his suspension and then his alignment.

He says when on the gas there is no shimmy, rather it's smooth per normal.
