Need help with outback cd player (my dads car) thanks

Hey. Well I took my pops outback xt without asking him ahead of time so I could drive a load of some crap in the back. He's pretty ****, well his damn cd player jammed a cd in there. I put it in, it took the cd but then won't play it and doesn't show up/can't eject or load any cd's........

I had this happen on my 05 but it fixed itself and output the cd somehow. Can anyone help me???

Otherwise this may be the last time I drive an outback.

was hoping there is an easy trick.

Had this happen to my CD player - had to take it into the dealership and have them replace it.

If you're looking for a freebie - you may have to get some tools and open it up to fix it...if you are comfortable with it.
