Need Help with a lawnmower

I have a stubborn lawn mower. It starts for about a 2 count then it dies. I have replaced oil and fuel. Removed and cleaned the carberator. Replaced the fuel line. Removed and cleaned the spark plug. Any ideas other than buy a new one would be great.

i once had a similar problem with a mower. It would start up then die. Turn out that i had some holes in the diaphram in the carberator (leaking to much fuel) and also a worn priming bulb. Check to see if the exhaust is plugged too.

Had a similar problem a while ago, turned out that the air filter was dirty. I didn't really look it, but we removed the filter and the mower would start without any problems. Bought a new filter and the problem was solved.
