Need help fixing bumper.

First off this was not my doing. Bought the car this way. So any ideas on how I can fix this? It's already better than it was. The crease was more severe. I used the handle of a screwdriver to massage it out. I'm thinking I need to use a heat gun but there is clear wrap on there so maybe I can heat it from the back side.

I wouldn't heat it too much though.

Sweet advice Heedz. Lol. I have a nice digital adjustable temp dewalt heat gun if you wanna give it a shot at my place, but I don't know how good of a result you can really expect without professional help.
