Can't think of any shops specifically toyota related but here are a few places many shops order from which is available to the public as well. What year?

or you can give ModaCar in Pleasanton, CA a call ask for John (Owner) or Adam a great sales rep there for help and see if they can get it for you, which if possible would be extremely fast.

Not coming up on there site but I am sure TRD, B&M, or another brand of SS's can be acquired through them, let them know Chris King refered you to them so they know yo are part of I-club.
P.S. They are located right next door to Vishnu Performance as well, so that is an added bonus.
