Guy left a Z at my house for a year and I am going to lien it out and sell it, can anyone run the vin for me?

yeah my friend had it for 2 years before me and he moved and asked me If I wanted the car, I said sure because I will lien out the car.....have tried to find the guy for awhile now, but no-one can find him so instead of leaving it at my house I will sell it.
