So i just got a check engine light pointing to p0107. Anyone have a spare or can let me borrow theirs to test? If not ill take it to the dealer Thanks 2011 sti sedan

Update: july 2014
Ended up taking to dealer for repair
Emission part - not covered by warranty
They replaced the map sensor and it fixed the issue
Weird i know since i bought a new one
I must have not cleared the code right or could of been the plug

 

newer stis have map? I thought they all came with mafs?

 

 

Made it home, limp mode.

It spluttered alittle

No smoke, no knock that i could hear

Ill take off the tmic and clean the catch can. Ill check around the throttle to see if oil is in there

Checked wires and couldnt find anything loose or cut

Guess ill go to dealer for a replacement map sensor to see if its that

 

Ordered a omni 3 bar from amazon, will wait until it arrives to test and hope it fixes it

 

Part came and no go, weird thing another code appeared. Taking it to dealer and see what the damage is
