So a few months back Davon is working on chrisfernos car, putting it back to stock. I was going to get his sti motor mounts so my car was in the garage too. Clumsy davon kicks out the air compressor cord wich, was plugged into and outlet above my car, and the cord comes down and dents my hood. He still wont pay me and says its not his fault when it clearly was. Whats the next step i should take to sovle this? Ive asked countless times for him to pay for the damages.

 

hmmm Davon should let you collect for him, you get the money, fix the dent the give him the balance

umm i wasn't even working on his car. I spent the whole time working on chris's car. Rob decided to pull his car in the open spot in the garage so he could work on the car. Just so happened he parked directly under a plug outlet. That plug outlet isn't the most secure outlet and the plug came loose, i didnt even knock it loose as i was under chris's car working at the time.

Oh and i bet you worked real hard to earn that $600 you just gave away.
