I was enjoying the fact that this thread had managed not to turn into a forums for morons to push their opinion on others.

And then BruceLee and Overbear showed up

Sorry, I was a little tipsy earlier... (all day really, lol). I didn't mean to come off as if Nate Dog was some horrible person or anything, I'm just saying that he did send out a negative message, which is fine by me because I like listening to music with negative messages (motivates me at the gym, lol), I'm just sayin' it is what it is.

PS: I did not deny any of his musical talent nor did I comment on his life or afterlife, I was merely expressing the fact that he did promote prostitution, drugs, and murder, all of which I have no problem with BTW. (minus the murder)

Kid, I can remember when "nate dog" was a nothing named secondary backup rapper. My point was, people are acting like this guy was a founding member of a group that changed music, or that he was a fine upstanding citizen who used his ability to help others.

What he sang about was killing people, making money, and treeting women like objects. That isnt anything to be proud of, its somthing to be ashamed of.

Now, am I glad he is gone, nope. No one deserves to die that young, but am I going to have a hippy hug fest and talk about what a good person he was...**** no.

You obviously have no idea what your talking about ^^... look up his music man and listen to it. It's not all that. Can you say who exactly is making him out to be founding member of a group or whatever it's is you stated above cause that's not whAt I've read. Everyone who enjoyed his music or the music he was featured in are just speaking of his good music and how he was part of that west coast "team" of rappers.. Snoop, dre, PAC,cube, warren g and so on that repped the west coast.... But anyways if you dnt like his music or aprove of it why are you on here stressing out on this thread..you do know your doctor would tell you that its bad for your health to be stressing like this....right???
