Someone on Nasioc jacked me I think...
And before anybody says NASIOC sucks...please hear me out first.
I sent funds via Paypal and funds have cleared, but the seller has been very very bad with communication. I check paypal's FAQ but it only says how to avoid fraud and not what to do when you think you've been jacked.
I'm going to give the dude until Monday to let me know whats going on. In the meantime what can I do to get my money back??? Can paypal reverse the payment OR should I go to my bank and file Regulation E?

edit: adjusted title to be more specific

When did you buy it? If by Monday you don't get anything, contact PAYPAL and they will investigate it. Then if the Buyer is not cooperative, Paypal will refund your money.

I was tyring to buy some 52mm Omori boost and egt gauges from someone named DRIVER1. The person is out in Baton Rouge, LA.

I've bought things off of Nasioc, I-club, and Clubwrx before with no probs. As soon as money cleared the seller would always let me know whats going on. I mean, it's the right thing to do.
This person has been very slow with the responses and updates. I can understand if they're busy, but the lack of communication gives me the feeling that I've been screwed.

edit: I do not mean to say NASIOC "sucks" as I go there as often as I am on I-club. But there are some on here who are quick to just start the bashing.
I am aware it is the individual seller and not NASIOC as a whole

hey ryan, i was about to buy those gauges from driver1 as well. i can tell you that he never answered my pm's after the first one, where he was just trying to see where he'd need to ship things. so, im my mind, if you were a scammer, why would you want to find out where to ship things if youre not gonna ship them out? but yeah, him not contacting you is a bad sign and just poor business practices in general
